Booking
When booking online, you will be charged the full amount to a credit card.
When booking by phone, an amount equivalent to 25% of your bill will be requested. Payable by credit card.
Modification of a reservation
A modification of the dates of the stay in the same season is possible, and this free of charge, up to 72 hours (3 days) before it. To extend a stay, we will check our availability and do our best to ensure that you can be accommodated.
Cancellation of a reservation & refund
We will issue a partial refund of your reservation depending on the cancellation period:
10% non-refundable as soon as the transaction is authorized to cover the management fees.
75% of your reservation will be refunded if you cancel more than one month before the date of your activity with us.
50% of your reservation will be refunded if you cancel between 2 weeks and 2 days (48h) before your activity with us.
No refund if there is a cancellation less than 2 days (48 hours) before the date of your activity with us. In the event that you have only paid the deposit (25%), the balance of the total amount of your invoice will be charged to your credit card.
No refund of a reservation will also be granted in all situations including late arrival or departure before the end.
This policy has been updated in connection with the Covid-19 measures issued by the government with regard to tourism industry.
Policy revised as of April 13th, 2021, this policy applies to all reservations made from that date.
