OPENING HOURS:
June 5 to June 23th : 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
June 24 to August 16th : 8 am to 8 pm
August 17 to October 12th : 8 am to 6 pm
 


FOR A PLEASANT STAY, WITH RESPECT FOR NATURE AND OTHERS, HERE ARE SOME POLICIES:

ARRIVING HOURS:

You can arrive at the park's opening at 8:00 a.m. to make the most of the site. You can take possession of your accommodation from 3pm and before 8pm.

If you arrive after business hours, please let us know.

A key to the gate will be given to you so that you can come and go on the Park grounds as you please after closing hours.

DEPART HOUR: 12:00 p.m.


PAYMENT MODES: Visa, Mastercard and Debit are accepted.


CANCELLATION POLICIES:

As a courtesy, please notify us 36 hours in advance if your booking is cancelled.


EXCEPTION: A credit number will be asked for the Giant Bird Lodging Houses reservations.

If the 36-hour policy’s cancellation is not respected, we reserve the right to withhold a 10% of the credit card.

YOU are asked to leave your site or the giant bird nesting house clean when you leave, in the same condition as on arrival.

In the event of equipment failure in the giant bird nesting house or non-compliance with regulations, a fee of $50 to $100 may be charged to offenders.

Nature Park is not responsible for the breakdown and theft of visitors' personal belongings. Please use the waste and recycle bins located near the parking lots.


FAMILY PETS:

They are forbidden on the site because our mission is to preserve the fragile balance of natural environments and to make the best conditions for bird, fauna and flora watching.


IMPORTANT:

Never leave food or waste on the ground to prevent unwanted wildlife.


IN EMERGENCY:

You will find emergency numbers posted outside the reception building and in the Giant Bird Lodging Houses as well. A fire extinguisher is within your reach inside all buildings on site. First aid kits are also available at reception facilities. Management cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries at the site.


SMOKING IS PROHIBITED:

Smoking is prohibited in buildings and areas indicated on the site. Please do not throw butts on the ground.


CAMP FIRE:

Fires are permitted only at designated locations where the fire index displayed at the entrance permits. It is strictly forbidden to use forest wood, cut, prune or damage trees or shrubs. Wood is for sale at the reception.


IMPORTANT:

Always watch the fire and put it out at night. Do not move fire areas.


CURFEW HOURS:

Curfew runs from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Respect for other campers is essential to the well-being of all. Therefore, no noise or music that may disturb is permitted after curfew.

 

REDUCED MOBILITY PERSONS:

Most of our buildings, trails, and activities are accessible for people with reduced mobility.


VR RESTRICTION:

Recreational vehicles over 35 feet are not accepted.


TIPS:

We advise you to bring fly repellent and closed shoes to enjoy the site!


SERVICES OFFERED:


SANITARY BUILDING: There are bathrooms, drinking water, showers with hot water. (24 hours a day and free)

FIRE CAMP WOOD: Wood is available on request at the reception until 5pm, at a cost of $8.00 per bundle.
