GOOD CAMPER'S GUIDE - COVID EDITION
During the COVID-19 pandemic, safe camping at Poisson Blanc regional Park is a joint effort between visitors and staff. To avoid the spread of the virus and comply with public health guidelines, we have implemented several measures. As a camper, your cooperation will be essential to the success of these measures. Please read carefully the Good Camper's guide - Covid-19 Edition after clicking on the link above.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Like in 2019, it will be possible to cancel a reservation for a refund up to 14 days before the date of the stay, however, a cancellation fee of $10 plus tax will be applied. No refund can be issued with less than 14 days notice. This policy also applies within the context of the pandemic. If a second outbreak of the virus were to force the Quebec government to close Quebec campgrounds, the stays would be fully reimbursed at no cost. If, within the 14 days preceding your stay, you experience symptoms of the disease associated with Covid-19, call us. We will offer you a fair and conciliatory solution.
CAMPSITE USE POLICY BY CATEGORY
CLEANING FEES
Visitors of Poisson Blanc Regional Park will respect the pre-determined number of tents permitted per site, as dictated by the category designation of each site. In order to protect biodiversity and reduce the impact of foot traffic, it is strictly forbidden to add more tents to a site than those allowed by its category designation. For example, if you reserve a designated “3-tent camping site,” it is forbidden to have a fourth tent on that site. Those found in violation will be fined $50 per excess tent, per site.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENTVisitors of Poisson Blanc Regional Parc will respect its code of conduct, and will not damage or leave dirty any campsites, equipment or infrastructure used during their stay. Those found in violation will be fined a minimum of $100 for cleaning and repairs.

I certify that the informtation I’ve provided in my reservation is correct and accurate to the best of my knowledge, and to not have deliberately omitted any details about my personal condition that could create health complications while performing the activities offered by Poisson Blanc Regional Parc. I am aware that the information contained in my reservation is confidential and serves to better plan and ensure the safety of the activities in which I will participate, and will allow the Corporation du Parc du Poisson Blanc to create a database of its clientele. I am aware that the activities offered by Poisson Blanc Regional Parc take place in uncontrolled natural and semi-natural environments where accidents may happen and, consequently, medical services are distant. I agree to play an active role in managing the risks of these activities while adopting a cautious and preventative approach to the well-being of myself and others around me. The Corporation du Parc du Poisson Blanc reserves the right to exclude all persons it judges to represent an undue risk to themselves or others in the parc. I understand Parc due Poisson Blanc may stop me from performing any activity I’m presently engaged in if my behaviour is deemed unsafe, or in violation of this agreement.

I agree to maintain a blood alcohol level below the legal limit of 80 mg per 100 ml of blood, colloquially referred to as “point zero eight,” during the duration of all canoe, kayak or hiking activities. I understand that any violation of these rules may result in my expulsion from Poisson Blanc Regional Parc without notice, and without refund.
• Authorisation to intervene in an emergencyI waive the right to all claims relating to either damage or loss of my personal property (including from normal wear, theft, or vandalism).
I authorise the Corporation du Parc du Poisson Blanc to perform all first aid I may require.
