Reservation policy
The total
payment by credit card is required for reservation by telephone or on-line.
Cancellations or modifications of reservation
Any
cancellation must be made thirty (30) days before the date of the 1st
day or your stay to obtain a complete refund.
From 7 to
30 days which precede the date of the first day of your stay, 50% of the amount
of your reservation will be kept.
Less than 7
days before the beginning of the stay, all of the amount of the reservation
will be kept.
Once a
reservation is confirmed, it’s not possible anymore to make modifications.

General terms of sale
1. Reservation
The registration is one of our stays
or in one of our activities and/or give a deposit automatically implies ipso
facto adherence to our general and special sale conditions. Full payment by
credit card is required when booking online or by phone.
For all other types of services
provided by Kiamika Regional Park or one of its representatives, all invoices
are payable in cash, without discount unless otherwise agreed writing.
Any invoice which is not paid at
maturity will, automatically and without notice, produce interest at the rate
of 2% per month of delay, from the due date of the voice. In addition to
interest, the amount of any unpaid invoice will be increased by 20% with a minimum of 100$ as damages,
excluding court costs.
2. Cancellation
Please note that any cancellation
must be made thirty (30) days before the date of the first day of your stay to
recover the full cost of your reservation.
From 7 to 30 days before the first
day of your stay, 50% of the amount of your reservation will be retained.
Less than 7 days before the start of
the stay or activity, the entire payment will be retained.
3. Changes
Once a reservation to one of our
stays or to one of our activities is confirmed by the total payment of it, it’s
no longer possible to make changes.
4. Gift cards
Gifts cards with a specific value do
not have an expiration date.
5. Insurance
The Kiamika Regional Park is covered
by civil liability insurance.
6. Prices
Prices shown are valid for the 2021 season, from May 14 to October 03, 2020. Payment is made in Canadian dollars.
7. Accommodation and camping
Refuges and camping sites are
subject to permanent inspection. Any damage or deterioration caused to them
will be reported to the client who will bear the costs.
8. Rules and environment
According to the principles "Leave no traces", it’s forbidden to take or disturb
any natural element. Similarly, it’s forbidden to approach, disturb or touch
any wild animal.
Dogs are welcome in the park but are
not allowed in the refuges and must be kept on a leash. However, they’re not
admitted in the shelters. The owner of the dog must ensure that his pet doesn’t
disturb the peace of the other users at any time. The owner is responsible for
picking up his dog’s excrement and disposing of it in accordance with nature
and other users.

10. Responsibilities
The Kiamika Regional Park is
responsible for the good progress of the stay or the activity, but can’t be
held responsible for unforeseeable events (bad weather conditions, unforeseen
logistical problems…), cases of major force (strike, natural disaster…) or by
third parties.
Kiamika Regional Park can’t be held
responsible for all activities reserved directly on the spot and not paid for
at the Kiamika Regional Park (for companies operating in the park territory).
Each participant acknowledges that
the activities proposed but the Kiamika Regional Park may involve certain risks
which he/she undertakes to assume personally, having by his/her registration
judged his/her ability to practice the sport. As a result, it undertakes to
waive any recourse against the Kiamika Regional Park, its officers, employees,
agents or representatives in the event of an incident, accident or death,
whatever the cause. This also applies when transporting people in case of
emergency. Should an emergency evacuation occur in the event of injury, fatigue
or misplacement, the cost of such evacuation shall be payable. The Kiamika
Regional Park will under no circumstances be held responsible for possible
flights to shelters ans campsites.
The Kiamika Regional Park will not
be responsible for keys given to the client. In the event of forgetting to
return the keys at the end of the stay, the client will have to return them at
his/her expense, otherwise a fee will apply. Similarly, in the event of loss
keys, charges will be applied.
When a client agrees to transfer
his/her photos to the Kiamika Regional Park Photo Gallery on the website or the
Facebook page of the park at the end of his/her stay, he/she agrees that the
Kiamika Regional Park uses them for commercial purposes without compensation
form the Kiamika Regional Park.
11. Complaints
Despite the care taken in the design
of our services and activities, observations may be made about their smooth
operation. We kindly ask you to send them in writing, at the latest ten days
after your return, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. In the
event of a dispute, only the courts of the province of Quebec are competent.

Nous utilisons ces informations pour améliorer les services rendus aux clients, pour surveiller et diagnostiquer les problèmes de performance et pour administrer le service.
La compagnie ne révélera jamais toute donnée sur un individu ou sur une base identifiable à des tierces-parties, à moins que nous devions nous conformer à des lois qui requièrent de telles divulgations aux autorités, à des organismes d’application de la loi ou autres fonctionnaires tiers du gouvernement.
Autre que comme divulgué dans cette politique de confidentialité, en aucun temps la compagnie ne partagera, louera ou vendra vos informations personnelles identifiables à toute tierce partie sans votre consentement explicite. Vous pouvez désactiver votre compte et supprimer vos informations personnellement identifiables en tout temps en nous contactant et en indiquant clairement que vous voulez désactiver et supprimer de telles informations.
