Description

It is advisable to have self-rescue techniques. This course allows groups of two or three climbers to help out in certain emergency situations without specialized rescue equipment.


This is essential for serious climbers who regularly find themselves in adventure terrain where help may be far away.


Age: 16+

Duration: 16 hours (2 days)

ratio: max. 4 participants for one instructor

Prerequisite: Second climber or Transition first climber sport or First climber trad


If you have your own climbing equipment, you can use it after an inspection has been made by the instructor.
