Immerse yourself in the Wolastoqiyik culture as part of a nature experience in the Parc côtier Kiskotuk coastal park! Discover the ancestral stories and traditions of this First Nation through an interactive encounter. Explore the Wolastoqiyik people's deep connection with nature and learn about medicinal plants, traditional hunting and fishing practices, as well as importance of the Saint-Jean river. A unique opportunity to learn, share in and celebrate the cultural richness of the Wolastoqiyik community.

You’ll gather around the fire pit in the Sqotek pavilion, so named because it refers to a “place of fire" in the Wolastoqey Latuwewakon language. Thanks to arrive 5 minutes before the evening is to start.

Rates:

Adults (18 to 64): $20 / Seniors (65 and over): $18 / Youths (6 to 17): $12 / Children (5 and under): free / Family (2 adults/seniors + 2 youths/children): $50 --- Please note : 20 places available for each session.
