Baggage and food transportation
Information
Offer yourself a luxury experience by opting for the baggage and food transportation.
Our team will deal with carrying your personal items from one cabin to the next, as well as deliver your food every day. You will only have to bring with you what is necessary for a day hike.
Before the delivery, Your food will be kept at room temperature, in the fridge or in the freezer, depending on your needs. Canisters of potable water (3 liters per person) will also be delivered with your food. We also include in every delivery a kit containing a dish cloth, a tablecloth, matches, and a grabage and recycling bag that we will come pick up.
All cabins have a two-burner propane stove, except at the Écureuil and the Geai Bleu, where there are four burners and an oven.
The price for the transportation is the same no matter the number of participants in a group. It takes into consideration the lengthy trip that our team must undertake on the logging roads in order to carry you personal items.
To book this service, it is important that you notify us as soon as possible and at the latest two weeks before your start date. Note that this service is not guaranteed. It is possible that we may not be able to offer this service if our personnel workload does not permit it.
Daily access - Orignac sector (Montagne des Taillis)
Information
Make your contribution of $10 per person, per day, for the use of our trails.
The contribution for a daily access is valid for the other sectors when used within the same day.
TAILLIS MOUNTAIN:
By paying the access fees, you can park in our designated parking lot at our partners ÖBois Charlevoix.
NOTE THAT IT IS IMPORTANT TO KEEP YOUR PROOF OF PAYMENT (YOUR INVOICE) IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PARK AT ÖBOIS CHARLEVOIX.

Food drop - Coyote OR Épervier cabin

Food Drop-Off - Coyote OR Épervier cabin

Before delivery, your food is stored at room temperature, in the refrigerator, or in the freezer according to your specifications.
We only make one-way trips to the requested cabin(s), so please note that all waste generated must be taken back with you.
There are two-burner propane stoves at Coyotte and Épervier.
The price for the food drop-off is the same regardless of the number of people in the group. This price takes into account the long journey our team must make along forest roads. Prices therefore vary depending on the chosen destination.
By choosing this drop-off location, we will make a drop-off at Coyote OR Épervier (your choice).
Please review your itinerary carefully to ensure you choose the desired drop-off destinations.
You can select drop-off locations at other refuges if you wish.
To use this service, you must notify us as far in advance as possible, and no later than two weeks before your departure. Please note that this service is not guaranteed. We may not be able to offer this service if our staffing levels do not permit.
Please be assured that you will be contacted promptly following your reservation if we are already fully booked and unable to offer this service.
If your expedition depends on this service, we recommend booking it at the same time as your overnight stays.
INSTRUCTIONS:
We strongly suggest avoiding glass containers. The forest roads we have to take for delivery are bumpy, and you'll also have to bring all your waste with you.
Remember to prepare your boxes as if they were going to be in the hold of an airplane. Avoid containers that could open during strong vibrations and movements, and don't hesitate to use tape to seal your containers.
We also suggest using reusable bags or cardboard boxes to transport your food.
The maximum weight per box is 14 kg (30 lbs). You are allowed one 14 kg box for every 4 people.

One vehicle Transfer to St-Siméon
You must reserve this service at least 7 days before your departure date.
The vehicle is moved from the starting point to the endpoint in time for your planned exit date, as agreed upon during check-in.
The timing of the transfer depends on the availability of our two staff members. They depart from St-Urbain in a Traversée vehicle, pick up your vehicle, and drive separately to St-Siméon, then return in the Traversée vehicle.
Vehicle transfer - Dôme parking lot / Grand Fonds (summer only)

Transfer of you vehicle from the Dôme parking lot to your finish point at Mont Grand-Fonds.
You must reserve at least 7 days before your start date.
Our service consists of moving your vehicle from your start point to the bus stop in time for your finish date agreed upon at check-in. Your vehicle will be moved at an unspecified time during your stay, subject to our team's availability.
The cost includes the transfer of a single vehicle from your point of departure to your arrival.
