The Boudreault
Information
Located at the foot of Mont des Morios, the Boudreault cabin is the ideal place to recharge, indulge in outdoor activities and enjoy the surrounding nature. You will have the trail of the Mont des Morios* and the trail of the Noyée in proximity, amongst others.
*Please note that the Mont des Morios trails, the Chutes and the Lynx trails, as well as the roads and parking lot in this sector are cleared and maintained by the Association du Territoire Libre du Pied-des-Monts. If you wish to use these trails, we strongly encourage you to buy your membership card for the association to support their mission.

The Dôme cabin is located at the foot of the mountain, 675 meters by foot from the parking lot, on the hiking trail of the Mont du Dôme.

The Jean-Pierre Cadot
Information
Named in honour of a climbing enthusiast gone too soon, this small rustic log cabin is located on the lakeside of the Lac-à-l'Écluse and right in front of the Cadot trail. The departure of the other trails are around 500 meters down the Zec road.
During the summer, the cabin is accessible on the road of the Zec. In the winter, there is around a 3,5 km trek on skis or snowshoes from the parking lot of the Zec since the road is closed to vehicles in the winter time.
Please note: You must pass by our office (135 rang St-François, KM 10.6 on route 381) and not the Zec's to pick up the keys.
The Zec charges an access fee per vehicle to use the road leading to the Lac-à-l’Écluse where the Caribou, Taïga and J-P Cadot cabins are located.
We encourage you to pay the fees online (max 2 days in advance) directly on the Zec website.

The cabin is located on the border of the Hautes-Gorges national park, but you must pass through the park to get to it. You will need a day pass for each day you wish to travel in the park. Note that there is no phone reception or that it may be difficult to access in certain sectors.
During the summer, an authorisation to circulate in the park by car is necessary. We will provide you with this authorisation by email in the days leading up to your stay.
During the summer, the cabin is accessible by car.
In the winter, the road is closed to all vehicles and you will therefore have a 5 km trek on skis or snowshoes to get to the cabin.
As for activities in this sector, please consult the Hautes-Gorges park to see what they have to offer. A possibe hike is to go to the Lac Noir (13 km round trip) by continuing on the access road.
It is possible to lodge 6 people, although it is much more comfortable with 4.

The rustic cabin of the Taïga bears its name well. Not that far off and a little aback from the Caribou and Écureuil cabin, you will be surprised by the carpet of moss and lichen as well as the alpine vegetation that surrounds it. The cabin is located close to the starting point of many well loved hiking trails, such as the Mont du Four and Lac à l'Empêche trails and the Summits trail, just to name a few.
During the summer, the parking lot of the Lac à l'Écluse is 350 meters from the cabin. In the winter, there is about a 4 km trek on skis or snowshoes from the Zec des martres parking lot since the road is not accessible by car in the winter time.
