Forest bathing comes from a japanese practice named Shinrin-yoku and it consists of taking time to take in the forest atmosphere by surrounding yourself with nature.

The goal?

Enjoy the many benefits of nature on our physical and mental health :

  • Lowers stress, anxiety and depression
  • Improves sleep
  • Lowers blood pressure, diabetes and obesity
  • Improves post surgery rehab and immune function
  • And more!

At Kinadapt, the dogs are always near (quite litterally), and they inspire us to live in the moment and connect with nature.

  • Walk in the forest with a guide and learn more about the local fauna and flora
