STANDARD BOOKING POLICIES (9 participants or less)
Reservation
- 100% of the invoice payment is required within the reservation.
- We only accept credit card payment (MasterCard or Visa).
Modification and cancellation
- More than a week (7 days) before the activity :
- Possibility of reimbursement or to change the departure to another date without charge.
- Between 7 days and 48 hours before the activity :
- Possibility to change the departure to another date without charge. For reimbursements, a 20% charge fee will be applied.
Less than 48 hours before the activity
- No changes, cancellation or reimbursements are possible, the full payment will be retained.
- Although, it is possible to transfer the reservation to another participant at any time. Please inquire us of the name of the person that will replace you.
GROUP BOOKING POLICIES (10 participants or more)
Reservation
- A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to book a group reservation (10 people and more).
- Group rates are only available while booking with us through the telephone or by email.
Modification and cancellation
- 48h before the activity :
- You can still change the total number of participants. As well, you can change the date and time of your reservation.
- The payment balance is required 48h or more before your reservation. We require for you to contact us to confirm the number of participants and to proceed with the payment.
- If the payment is not made in time, your reservation will automatically be canceled and your spots will no longer be guaranteed.
*To be noted; if you decide to change the total of the number of participants more than 50% of the initial reservation, it will not be possible to reimburse the initial deposit, but the difference may be credited with no expiration date.
Less than 48 hours before the activity
- No possible changes, cancellations or reimbursements.
- Although, it is possible to transfer the reservation to another participant at any time. Please inquire us of the name of the person that will replace you.
OTHER POLICIES
- No possible reimbursements for croc rentals, wetsuits or photos bought online or by telephone.
- The cancellation policy as well applies to all modifications in regards to your existing reservation, late arrival, a non completed activity or if the client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, they will not be allowed to go onto the water.
- To operate, there must be a minimum of 6 participants to go depart onto the water, in this case Rafting Montréal have the right to cancel the departure and will offer a reimbursement or move the activity to another departure time.
- All participants below 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult onto the water.
WEATHER POLICIES
- No reimbursements or modifications can be made by a client within 48h or less of the reservation if it rains.
- In a case of a cancellation done by Rafting Montréal (water quality or thunderstorms), you can get a reimbursement or move your departure to another possible date or keep the payment as a credit. Cancellations may be done in advance, the day of or at the departed hour, at the discretion of Rafting Montréal.
- All participants that do not present themselves at the departure without receiving a call or an email in regards of a cancellation will not be able to change their departure, keep the amount as a credit or receive a reimbursement.

Le service amasse et journalise des statistiques utilisateurs agrégatives et la circulation sur le service dans le service. De telles informations incluent, mais ne sont pas limités à, des statistiques de circulation sur le service, date et heure des visites, type de navigateur utilisé pour accéder au service, et fréquence des visites. Nous utilisons ces informations pour améliorer les services rendus aux clients, pour surveiller et diagnostiquer les problèmes de performance et pour administrer le service.
La compagnie ne révélera jamais toute donnée sur un individu ou sur une base identifiable à des tierces-parties, à moins que nous devions nous conformer à des lois qui requièrent de telles divulgations aux autorités, à des organismes d’application de la loi ou autres fonctionnaires tiers du gouvernement.
Autre que comme divulgué dans cette politique de confidentialité, en aucun temps la compagnie ne partagera, louera ou vendra vos informations personnelles identifiables à toute tierce partie sans votre consentement explicite. Vous pouvez désactiver votre compte et supprimer vos informations personnellement identifiables en tout temps en nous contactant et en indiquant clairement que vous voulez désactiver et supprimer de telles informations.
