To start the summer the right way, we combine Stand Up Paddle Board with yoga. You will learn basic SUP technic before using the board as a yoga mat, for a total duration of 1h.  This class takes place in calm water and is open to all (beginners or experienced paddlers or yogis). A great event to enjoy nature! 

Prerequisites: Participant must be 8 years old minimum; children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Cette saison, nous vous proposons d’allier les bienfaits du yin et du flow à l’élément apaisant de l’eau en combinant sur la planche séquences lentes et postures favorisant la détente. Le yoga dynamique traditionnel, ou yang yoga, met l’accent sur la souplesse et le renforcement des muscles du corps. En yin yoga, une pratique plus lente et plus douce, les postures sont tenues de façon prolongée, ce qui permet de créer de l’espace dans les tissus conjonctifs, les articulations, les tendons, les ligaments, et par le fait même, dans l’esprit! Si cette pratique est souhaitable pour tous, parions qu’elle deviendra un essentiel pour ceux qui multiplient les activités physiques intenses, ou qui ont un rythme de vie effréné. Les cours variant de «flow» à «slow flow» à yin dans une gradation douce qui vous bercera au rythme de l’eau.

Pour réserver en session de 6 semaines, vous devez choisir l’une des plages horaires ci-bas. Nous offrons 8 semaines de classe de SUP Yoga par plage horaire, vous aurez donc à choisir 6 dates de votre choix sur les 8 dates offertes.
